Refunds & Returns

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sparklescoopofficial@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll fix it with sparkle and care ✨

Non-refundable items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items like hair accessories, sleep masks, or other personal-use products unless they arrived damaged.
